Nicholas Hopper

I have spent years practicing and studying meditation, breathwork, and yoga, exploring their profound effects on mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. My passion lies in sharing these transformative practices, empowering others to develop their own meditation journeys and experience greater clarity, resilience, and fulfillment.


With over five years of dedicated practice, I have witnessed firsthand how mindfulness and breath-work can create lasting change. I believe that mental and physical health are deeply interconnected, and my focus is on helping others cultivate balance, awareness, and sustainable wellness habits.


Beyond meditation, I am also a skilled Latin dance instructor. I see dance as a powerful expression of energy and connection, offering a unique way to deepen self-awareness and understand the human experience. Movement, whether through dance or mindfulness practices, is a gateway to self-discovery and personal transformation.


At UnpluggedCR, I mentor clients in The Nourished Life pathway, helping them integrate meditation and breath-work into their daily wellness routines. I am committed to guiding individuals toward holistic well-being, personal growth, and deeper self-connection through mindfulness and movement.
